Top 10 Affordable Places To Go For The Summer

If you're already making your holiday wish-list for the year ahead, Easyjet has just announced some exciting news for budding jet-setters.

The low-cost airline has confirmed 20 new routes for 2018 and best of all, the cheapest fares start from £19 one-way.

The flights will operate during summer months from seven of the airline's UK bases - Belfast, Bristol, London Gatwick, Liverpool, London Luton, Manchester and Southend - and will run as frequently as seven days a week.

The destinations include a choice of popular holiday spots across Europe, as well as four brand new routes to Ancona on Italy's Adriatic coast, Genoa in northwest Italy, Nea Anchialos in Greece and Reus in Spain. Easyjet is also adding more flights on some of its busier routes to Seville, Naples and Bordeaux.

"We’re really pleased to be launching 20 new routes for the summer 2018 schedule. Passengers can look forward to fantastic European destinations, whether they are travelling for business or leisure," Sophie Dekkers, Easyjet's UK country director, said.

There's great news if you're planning a long-haul trip, too. Earlier this year, Norwegian Air launched flights from London to Singapore for £149.90 each way and from February 2018, the airline will also start flying to Buenos Aires. And with this travel top 10 list to get through, we're keeping our fingers crossed for even more bargains.
